Yvonne Taylor - Human Resources Bureau Chief

Taylor, started her legal career as a Harris County prosecutor,  and now serves as the Human Resources Bureau Chief.  She was an Associate Municipal Court Judge for 10 years. 

Taylor also worked as a civil litigator for the City Attorney’s Office and  also represented clients in commercial litigation and medical malpractice matters at the law firm of Wickliff & Hall, P.C.  As a private practitioner she represented small businesses and was general counsel for a local school district.  She also served as an administrative judge in Title IX matters and established the Criminal Defense Clinic at the University of Houston Law Center.

She is a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law.
