Administrative Assistant duties vary depending on the assigned division or section. The general duties include answering the telephones, pulling daily dockets, organize, maintain, and retrieve case files. Acts as a liaison between attorneys, courts, witnesses, victims, other departments and agencies, as well as the public. Prepare and process legal documents and papers as well as mail, fax, or arrange delivery of legal correspondence to parties as directed. Compiles and maintain statistics for the court/division. Performs other related duties as assigned.
