First Assistant District Attorney Bert Graham, First Assistant District Attorney This office is organized into six bureaus: the Felony Trial Bureau, the Professional Development Bureau, the Public Service Bureau, the Special Crimes Bureau, the Legal Services Bureau and the Governmental Affairs Bureau. Bureau Chiefs Lyn McClellan, Felony Trial The Felony Trial Bureau Chief supervises the staff for the twenty-two criminal district courts in Harris County, the Bond Forfeiture Division, Juvenile Division and our Victim Witness Division.  More  Special Crimes The Special Crimes Bureau Chief supervises units that coordinate police activity, investigate financial crimes, and forfeit assets seized by law enforcement. More  Don Smyth, Governmental Affairs The Chief of the Governmental Affairs Bureau supervises the investigation and prosecution of public servants who commit crimes in the scope of their official duties. Unlike the other bureau chiefs who report to my First Assistant, this Chief reports directly to me.
